When, and in what capacity did you begin with West Business Services? What position do you currently hold? What skills did you bring to your career at West Business Services that have served you well?
I began with West's Custom Operator Services division in 2001 and was promoted to Support Specialist a year and a half later. A year later I was promoted again, this time to Voice Service Manager within the West Business Services division. I was recently promoted yet again to Customer Service Manager.

I feel my best assets are my customer service skills, positive attitude, willingness to share my skills on our team and desire to continue growing and learning.
