Lisa holds the position of Sr. Sales Associate for one of our major client programs. Her career at West began in 2001 and continues to excel.

At West Business Services, employee contributions are recognized and there are many opportunities for advancement. Monthly company meetings keep employees well-informed, and regular activities and contests for employees and our families are fun.

When, and in what capacity did you begin with West Business Services? What position do you currently hold? What skills did you bring to your career at West Business Services that have served you well?
I began in 2001 as a Sales Representative, and currently a Senior Sales Associate supporting one of nation's leading consumer packaged goods companies.

A lot of businesses say their employees work on teams. What about West Business Services really makes you feel part of a team?
We're a team because everyone contributes their knowledge and expertise to help others succeed and meet our goals.

What about working at West Business Services makes you excited to start each day?
I have my sales goals and my "sandbox" to play in all day long - I enjoy the independence of managing my own sales territory within our program's parameters while collaborating with others in a team atmosphere. Every day there are unique challenges that allow me to learn something new!

Is there one particular experience with West Business Services that you're especially proud of?
I was fortunate to have been chosen to participate in the Presidents Club. It was a great reward for achievements and a great couple of days out of the office to play in Las Vegas.

How has working for a company that promotes training and professional development impacted you in your career?
I have applied what I've learned to my daily business and this has allowed me to produce results. Because I've excelled in sales, have been promoted and have completed the Leaders at West Business Services training program I'm certified to move to the next level as opportunities arise.
