What about the culture at West Business Services is different from where you've worked in the past?
Though we're a large company, because of our close knit feel we still seem more like a family than anywhere else I've worked.

When, and in what capacity did you begin with West Business Services? What position do you currently hold? What skills did you bring to your career at West Business Services that have served you well?
I began in production in 2005, and currently am a Team Sell Analyst. At West Business Services my skills in organization, communication and networking, and my strong work ethic have served me well.

What would you tell someone who was thinking of beginning a career with West Business Services?
I work with great people, and we work in an industry that will always be in high demand.

West Business Services takes pride in being employee-oriented. Do you have examples of how this employee-oriented culture positively affected you?
My Business Director and Sales Manager don't micro-manage our team. We're given carte blanche to take control of our projects, given that we are all following proper guidelines and procedures.

In this unrelenting industry, I feel a strong sense of job security.

How has working for a company that promotes training and professional development impacted you in your career?
Not all companies do this, so it makes me feel secure in the knowledge that they want all their employees to continue growing internally. This continued growth makes our team more effective, which in turn benefits both the company and the individual.
